2. Eligibility & Registration

• You must register voluntarily and for your own personal entertainment. Registering on behalf of another person is not permitted.

Registration requires a valid Pakistani mobile number for account verification. A one-time password (OTP) is sent to your mobile number during registration and must be confirmed before the account is activated.

3. Account Rules

Each registered player on sx777 is permitted to hold exactly one account. Holding multiple accounts — even across different mobile numbers, email addresses or device types — is a serious violation of these Terms. sx777 uses technology to identify duplicate accounts and will take the following action upon detection:

• All duplicate accounts will be permanently suspended.
• Any balance in the duplicate account(s) will be forfeited.
• Winnings generated through any duplicate account may be voided.
• The primary account may also be suspended at sx777's discretion depending on the circumstances.

You are responsible for keeping your sx777 account login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone, including friends or family members. sx777 is not responsible for unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact sx777 support immediately via live chat. The support team will freeze the account while the matter is investigated.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: The minimum deposit on sx777 is Rs 200. Deposits are accepted via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. Deposits are credited to your sx777 wallet within 60 seconds of confirmed payment in normal circumstances. sx777 does not charge any deposit processing fee.

All deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to you personally. Deposits from payment accounts registered to another person are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending verification.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal from sx777 is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. Processing times are as follows:

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Each promotion is subject to specific terms that are displayed at the point of offer. These Terms provide the general framework that applies to all sx777 promotions unless a specific promotion explicitly overrides a point below.

• Wagering requirement: All bonuses on sx777 carry a minimum wagering requirement of 5× the bonus amount before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Some promotions carry higher requirements — the specific multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering. Sports betting contributes 100% of stake toward wagering. Card games and Ludo games contribute 100%. Aviator game contributes 100%. Specific game exclusions are stated per promotion.
• Time limits: Bonuses must be wagered through within the time window stated on the promotion — typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit. Unused bonus balance after the expiry date is forfeited automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Players may only hold one active bonus on their sx777 account at any time. Claiming a second bonus while a first is active will either be declined or the first bonus forfeited — the specific rule is stated per promotion.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game rounds on sx777 are subject to the following general rules. Specific game types — sports betting, PSL betting, card games, Ludo, Aviator — have additional rules displayed in each product section.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is confirmed only once you receive a confirmed bet ID from the sx777 system. Bets that fail to receive confirmation should be treated as unplaced. Do not assume a bet is active based on intent alone.
• Minimum bet: The minimum single bet across all sx777 products is Rs 50, subject to individual game minimums which may be higher.
• Obvious errors: If sx777 systems display obviously incorrect odds — for example, a 95% win probability event offered at 10.00 odds — bets placed on those odds may be voided even after the event result. sx777 will void at the correct price or return stakes at its discretion.
• Void events: Bets on abandoned, postponed or cancelled events are voided and stakes returned to your sx777 wallet. For in-play bets placed after the incident that causes abandonment, stakes are also returned.
• Settlement timing: Sports bets are settled within 30 minutes of the official result being confirmed by the governing body. In-play bets are settled immediately upon the market's official close. Card game and Ludo rounds settle instantly at the end of each round.
• Maximum payout: The maximum single-bet payout on sx777 sports betting is Rs 5,00,000 per event. Card game and Ludo game payouts are determined by the specific table structure and are displayed before you join.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on sx777. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and permanent ban. In serious cases, sx777 reserves the right to report matters to relevant authorities.

• Creating more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account rule.
• Providing false, misleading or unverifiable personal information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any mechanical or electronic assistance to place bets, play games or exploit the sx777 platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in multiplayer card games and Ludo, or to share information about cards during live play.
• Exploiting known software bugs or glitches to gain a financial advantage. Any balance accumulated through exploitation of a bug will be forfeited. Players who discover a bug are asked to report it to sx777 support immediately.
• Using sx777 for money laundering, fraud, or any purpose other than personal gaming entertainment.
• Charging back a deposit payment after placing bets with those funds. Chargeback attempts are treated as fraud and result in immediate permanent account closure and debt recovery proceedings.
• Accessing sx777 through VPN, proxy or any other method designed to misrepresent your geographic location or identity.
• Using abusive, harassing or threatening language toward sx777 staff or other players in any chat or communication channel.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by you: You may request account closure at any time by contacting sx777 support via live chat or email. Your account will be closed within 24 hours of the verified request. Any balance remaining at the time of closure will be paid out to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal terms and any active bonus conditions.

Closure by sx777: sx777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time for the following reasons (this list is not exhaustive):

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Failure to provide identity verification documents when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion or any other illegal activity.
• Detection of multiple accounts linked to the same person, household or payment method.

When an account is suspended pending investigation, access to funds is frozen until the investigation concludes. sx777 aims to complete all account investigations within 14 days. Players are informed of the outcome and their options at the close of the investigation. If no violation is found, the account is reinstated and any missed winnings are credited.

9. Responsible Gaming
